The terms herein regulate the purchasers’ use of products and services provided by Ria Organics. These conditions apply as long as nothing else is agreed upon in writing between the parties.
The client and Ria Organics are independent parties and nothing in the terms and conditions of this agreement shall constitute either party as the employer, principal or partner of or joint venture with the other party. Neither client nor Ria Organics has any authority to assume or create any obligation or liability, either expressed or implied, on behalf of the other.
Credit card and debit card transactions are processed securely by Stripe on our SSL secure site. The card details are not visible to Ria Organics nor are they stored by Ria Organics.
PayPal payments are processed on their secure site and you will be directed back securely to our site to your account page.
Following a successful transaction, the customer will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that the transaction was successful and the order is being processed, the acknowledgement email will include a unique transaction number and confirms that an offer has been received to purchase the product.
The acknowledgement email does not constitute an acceptance of the order nor does it constitute a binding contract, a number of checks including but not limited to security, fraud, delivery options and stock levels will need to be carried out before an order is accepted and a contract to supply the product is entered into.
The customer should ensure that they enter a correct email address during checkout in order to ensure that the acknowledgement email and any further emails are received. Ria Organic are not responsible for non-receipt of any email sent due to computer system failure, spam filters, power failure or any other circumstance outside the control of Ria Organics. The acknowledgement email will include a unique transaction ID, the transaction ID should be quoted in any correspondence regarding the transaction.
Delivery times are based on when payments are cleared relative to when you place your order. It is our intention to dispatch orders as soon as possible. All products are packaged appropriately for safe delivery and notices of breakages must be made clear on receipt of your order and also in writing by email within 12 hours of your delivery with a picture of the packing as received.
We take your privacy very seriously.
Children (under 18s) are not eligible to use our services and should not submit any personal information at all.
We do not actively track you as an individual.
Should you send us an email via the contact forms on this site, your name, email address and message will be emailed to us (as you would expect). This information is kept private. We will store this information within our own email system so that we are able to respond to you.
